What’s Happening In Your Spring?

Hi Everyone

I hope you’re all well and having a great spring.  There are some fantastic articles I’m proud of this Month. Check out the article and pictures on ACL injuries. I learned so much about prevention. Also great nutrition tips for young women athletes. OK maybe not just for women..
May is Busy Busy Busy, I’ve been training very hard for the past few weeks for National Cup. With the Slammers it’s every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 – 7:30 PM and then Monday and Wednesday’s I have private training for from 5:00-7:00 PM with different trainers and also play with a boys soccer team. 
ODP is coming up May 21 and 22 and I’m excited to be a part of that.
